Shipping policy

We ship to the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany.

Shipping costs €5.95 per order. Orders placed Monday through Friday are shipped within 1 business day. You will receive a DHL tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

If you're not home at the time of delivery, DHL will attempt to deliver to a neighbour or leave your package at a nearby DHL ServicePoint.

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, contact us at info@batch-one.com within 7 days.
